Where we ship
We ship from Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, USA to customers within the United States and internationally.

Processing time
Every item is 3D printed and packed by hand. Orders ship within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates (United States)
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $25 within the United States.
- Orders under $25: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Delivery time (United States)
Standard shipping via [USPS Ground Advantage] typically arrives in [2–5] business days after shipping.

International shipping
International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at deltatapestry@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us right away if you need to change it. We can't change an address once the order has shipped.
